These terms apply to purchases made on secoracyber.com from SECORA CYBER LTD (company number 17561731), whose registered office is at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom (“SECORA CYBER”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Who we are
We are an independent reseller of antivirus and backup software licences and subscriptions. We are not the software publisher. Product names and logos belong to their respective owners.
2. Products and availability
Product descriptions, device counts, subscription terms and system requirements are shown on each product page. Availability is subject to supplier terms, licence conditions and territory restrictions. We may withdraw or change a product at any time before an order is accepted.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details. An order is accepted when we confirm it and send your licence details.
4. Delivery
Licence details are delivered digitally, normally by email, where supported by the supplier. Please make sure the email address you give us is correct.
5. Licences and use
Each licence is subject to the publisher’s end-user licence agreement, which you accept when you install or activate the software. You are responsible for checking that the product suits your devices and operating system.

7. Support
We help with ordering and licence enquiries. Technical support for the software itself is provided by the software publisher.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from the use of any software we supply. Your statutory rights are not affected.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published when you order applies to that order.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
