This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for digital software licences bought from SECORA CYBER LTD.
Your statutory rights
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers normally have 14 days to cancel an order. For digital content, this right ends once delivery has begun with your agreement, and you acknowledge this at checkout. Your other legal rights are not affected.
Before your licence is delivered
If you want to cancel before we have delivered your licence details, contact us and we will cancel the order and refund you.
Faulty or incorrect licences
If a licence key does not work or is not the product you ordered, contact us within a reasonable time with your order number. We will replace the licence or refund you.
How to request a refund
Email support@secoracyber.com with your order number. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method, normally within 14 days.
